The Flat Rock Community Center is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit public charity under the guidance of a Board of Directors. Contributions to the Center are tax deductible under section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code. The Flat Rock Community Center is also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under section 2055, 2106 or 2522 of the code.
